The booking is confirmed by the deposit payment of 25% of the total rent.

RETENTION OF THE AMOUNT OF THE RESERVE BY CANCELLATIONS ON THE PART OF THE CLIENT:

Cancellation 30 days before arrival without penalty. Outside this period the accommodation charge 25% of the total reservation.
